After a late night, we were all glad to sleep in a little and then enjoy the breakfast buffet at the hotel. After breakfast, we headed for the Kansas City airport, and again were blessed to board with no difficulties.
After landing in Salt Lake City, we took TRAX to downtown Salt Lake, where we feasted on the amazing buffet at The Roof. Everything was sooooo good. We had a magnificent view of the Salt Lake Temple, and the surrounding buildings.
Then, we had about an hour before we needed to catch the train back to the airport. Most of us walked around Temple Square, enjoying the visitor's centers, the Tabernacle, the Assembly Hall, and of course, the beautiful Salt Lake Temple. It was a fitting way to end our trip. I am reminded of what President Gordon B. Hinckley said: "
